When enabled, unused Daily uses carry over at 12:00 AM UTC. Carryover can spend purchased server uses faster.
Leave this off for no per-user limit. Everyone can then use commands freely, which can spend your purchased uses faster.
User Command Use by Discord Role

Enable Discord Developer Mode, then right-click the role and choose Copy ID. A role can receive more uses than the general user limit, which can spend your purchased uses faster.
